A funny fact about macchu picchu is that is was built with a technique that was cutting blocks of stone so perfectly that they fit them together without any mortar. But even so you could not even fit a straw of grass in between them

now thats precision!

commentI don't know, but I believe this is as it was found. Did not see any signs of any restorations anywhere.

The biggest reason it's so intact is that the conquistadors never found this place.
