Most difficult food place

This is from about one hour in to our road trip. We realized we were hungry so we stopped to buy some food.
Normally super easy without Spanish you just point at what you want and show number of fingers to indicate how many you want. Then you watch them so you can correct them if needed.
However at this particular place they refused to even try to start serving us food until they had understood exactly what we wanted to the last detail. Poor Andrey had to battle that one out (you can see andrey in the shade)

Actually that is one of the funny things in Bolivia, people actually found some favorite dogs whom they would then give a bite when they saw them. So the stray dogs were therefore never aggressive or annoying. Just cute.
However in Copacabana they had taken meat and put glass in it, then left it out for the dogs. Those dogs suffer for weeks before they die. And you can spot one that has eaten that meat by some tell tale signs that I now forgot.
Really cruel if you ask me.
I found one dog tho, in Copacabana, he would go with me as soon as he saw me and wasn't really interessted in food, just in some attention.
And yes I did use hand sanitizer after ;-)
