The salt flats are absolutely amazing. There had not been any rain recently so we didnt get this mirror effect you can find on so many images (except in the distance due to air reflections).

However the salt flats were still amazing, absolutely worth a visit. The salt was... salty (we all tried ;-)

It was also like sand paper which is why our tires left suck nice mark when we braked.
